For the Counselling sessions that are provided via online platform - details will be provided to you once session is booked.

I am helping clients who struggle with overeating, binge eating, emotional eating, food worry, weight worry, body image concerns, digestion, low mood and fatigue.

I work with adults (Age 18+) and provide sessions in Polish and English.

​

48-hour cancellation policy applies for all services.

If you do not provide the notice at least 48 hours in advance, you will be charged full fee.

Eat at Ease Support is an Online Support Goup exploring feelings that commonly go hand in hand with unwanted eating challenges - like guilt, shame, anxiety and loneliness.
